Prior to joining Heritage, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Peak Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar multi-family private equity company, where he oversaw acquisitions, capital raising, and operations of multi-family assets in select U.S. markets. Before that, Greg was Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations for Excel Trust, a publicly traded shopping center REIT (NYSE: EXL), where he led institutional fundraising efforts to fuel the company’s rapid growth. Following the sale of Excel Trust to Blackstone for approximately $2 billion, he continued to work within Blackstone’s shopping center platform, leading out on several NOI maximization and efficiency initiatives as the portfolio grew from $2B to $6B.
