Greg Davis

Greg is a Partner at Heritage. He serves on the Investment Committee, and also oversees company growth initiatives, as well as strategy and analysis for direct Real Estate investments made by the firm.

Prior to joining Heritage, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Peak Capital Partners, a multi-billion dollar multi-family private equity company, where he oversaw acquisitions, capital raising, and operations of multi-family assets in select U.S. markets. Prior to joining Peak, Greg was Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations for Excel Trust, a publicly traded shopping center REIT (NYSE: EXL), where he led institutional fundraising efforts to fuel the company’s rapid growth. Following the sale of Excel Trust to Blackstone for approximately $2 billion, he continued to work within Blackstone’s shopping center platform, leading out on several NOI maximization and efficiency initiatives as the portfolio grew from $2B to $6B.

Greg has a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University.
