Micah Trujillo

Micah is the Family Governance and Operations Lead at Heritage, where he supports families in building enduring legacies through thoughtful governance, education, and strategic decision making. He also oversees key internal processes and systems to ensure Heritage operates with excellence and delivers a seamless experience for its clients.

Before joining Heritage, Micah served as a Partner and Director of Consulting Services at VetaTek LLC, a Microsoft-focused IT services firm, where he helped many family-owned businesses increase efficiency, deploy technology, and improve operations. Prior to VetaTek, he held a Systems Solutions Lead role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and DXC Technology, guiding the deployment of large-scale public service applications for the County of San Diego. Earlier in his career, Micah was a Consulting Practice Manager at FMT Consultants, where he managed an enterprise software consulting practice spanning Microsoft and SAP platforms.

Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Information Systems from California State University San Marcos.
